A. How much did you understand?

 

Put sentences 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the right order.

  1. Ngap never went to get the water.
  2. Once, they saw a snake on the path.
  3. Her mother gave her a big bag full of delicious food.
  4. "Send her back to her parents," said the ogre.

 

Put sentences 5, 6, 7 and 8 in the right order.

  1. "You're better than your sister Ngap."

D. Make a play

 

The story of Ngap and Nyakwiy can make a wonderful play. Choose different people to take the parts of the three sisters, their parents and the ogre. Use the words of the story, but make up other words yourselves.
